6/8 Heroic. Grats to Laz since the only gear that dropped were hunter oriented. Aryakin, Warthmar, Coronacarl, Krisys, Healomatic, Khromeo, Lazragnor, Nemysys, Veloth, and Wizaro killed this guy with relative ease (shocker, they don't make things easy anymore). Good job. On to Heroic Spine and Madness :/

A Big Congrats to Nemesys, our first rogue in a very long time, to complete Fangs of the Father! Relentless is now also a proud owner of Tiriosh and Golad, the Legendary Daggers. Also a big night of 25man raiding. Warmaster Blackhorn, Spine of Deathwing, and Madness of Deathwing were defeated and Veloth won the roll for the mount with a 99! Congrats to all who made this a very successful raid night and congrats to Nemesys again who finished the Dagger Quest line!

After some wipes, and some mid-attempt exploding, Nefarian was finally put down after a harsh and Relentless infestation of Unbound Plague. He dropped lots of usable gear and a fancy smanchy title. Congrats to those who stuck through and killed this S.O.B. Aryakin, Warthmar, Coronacarl, Dominar, Pathusa, Healomatic, Khromeo, Metaphorical, Veloth, and Wizaro.

Even Piss Poor Design couldn't stop us from killing this Shaman (who's Ankh was on Cooldown). Congrats to Warthmar, Healingsoulz, Krisys, Healomatic (who was on Healthis), Aryakin, Frostfallen, Lazragnor, Nemysys, Veloth, Wizaro. Congrats to Laz who got the heroic protector mark, the only useful thing that managed to drop! This now makes us 5/8 Heroic! On to the hard part of the instance tackling Warmaster Blackhorn, Infamous Spine of Deathwing, and defeating the destroyer.

After several raid hours of attempts on Heroic Warlord Zon'ozz, he finally decided to give up and take his ball and go play with another guild. Congrats to Aryakin, Coronacarl, Krisys, Zkream, Healomatic, Manito, Metaphorical, Nemysys, Suggestive, and Veloth.

Even though there isn't a dead dragon to show, we still took a screenshot since we forgot to take one on Heroic Yor'sahj the Unsleeping (whom we got Tuesday!). After many wipes, and many button-mashing close 2% wipes, we finally manage to kill this SoB. Congrats to Aryakin, Warthmar, Coronacarl, Krisys, Healomatic, Manito, Metaphorical, Mythrandor, Veloth, and Wizaro on the kill. This is our second new heroic kill of the week which pushes us to 3/8 Heroic. More to come very soon. Congrats to Mani and Wiz who got the epic 410 lootz.

• B) Guild Rank Restructuring
1. Progression Raider Rank removed. This rank has led to segregation which is not what it was intended to do originally. We feel that it would work out better this way if this rank was completely removed from the ranks. With the removal of this rank, it will allow for an officer alt rank to be integrated into the structure so officers can accommodate members better while on alts. The removal of this rank will also allow officers to focus on watching one rank instead of two.
2. Guild Bytch is being removed. This rank is no longer working as intended. A new social rank will be inserted to allow Real Life Friends/Family some repair funds instead of having them sit at the alt rank.

• C) Raider ranks reset.
1. All officers, raiders, and progression raiders will have their ranks reset. Raider rank was originally meant to be a rewarding and challenging rank to achieve. We feel that it is no longer the case. All members will have to re-earn their own rank, even officers.
2. The process: Over the next two weeks we will be re-evaluating performance of members. If performance meets the Raider criteria, then the member will be promoted to raider. If they do not meet the criteria, then they will not be promoted.
3. Criteria: Raiders know their class and can successfully play any spec they choose. Raiders can utilize WoL and ask for help when they need it. Raiders utilize websites such as askmrrobot.com and noxxic.com. Awareness to not stand in fire and be able to adapt when need be. Dps on fights vary for each class/spec/melee/ranged.
4. General Numbers as follows: Patchwerk Style Stand-still fights: Ranged 30k Melee 27k & Movement Oriented Fights: Ranged 20k Melee 18k
5. Raider Demotion: If raiders are underperforming and hindering the group from progressing, then myself or Wizaro will contact you and give you some feedback. You will have the entirety of the remaining raid week and the entire next week to take the feedback and fix whatever it was that was wrong. If you do, then nothing will happen. If you do not, then you will be demoted to Crusader. You must then work again to achieve raider rank. The last thing we want to do is demote, many things will be taken into account when we see low numbers (gear, attitude, familiarity, etc.)

• D) Loot Change: Looting system will remain at Ep/Gp.

• E) Guild Camaraderie:
As officers of the guild, we feel that there isn't enough camaraderie "being together as a guild doing fun stuff" going on. To alleviate this, we will attempt to do more thing on off days, and maybe even on raid days as well. Events that are included but not limited to are: Old Content Raids (T1-T11), Guild Lottery, Mount Runs, Terrorizing the Alliance, Terrorizing the Horde oO, Guild LFR, Old Heroics (BC and WoTLK), Herbing Events, Fishing Events, Guild Challenges.

• F) Guild Contest:
The New Social and Officer Alt rank need a name. There will be a contest to determine the names of this rank. The names will be voted on by the guild as a whole (through a poll on the website side bar). The winner of the social rank will receive a 65891 and the winner of the Officer Alt name will receive a 41508.

• G) Guild Event Manager is being "disabled" for now. It has not been updated in a long time and is very glitchy on many players. It is "no longer working as intended."

Well, after some near earthshattering wipes, we finally managed to kill Morchok on Heroic. It has quite a facade and is well deserving of the achievement, too bad his loot table sucks.
